Viper Royale, how it works and how to cash out
Viper Royale is a real-money snake battle royale in the .io style: many players share one arena and each steers a growing snake. Legendia Labs makes it and a casino, MyStake, offers it.

Stated cut: 10% rake on entries and pots. On your entry, 10% comes to 0.10. How a pot is counted is not published, so we do not calculate that part.

What Viper Royale is
A round works like this. Each player pays an entry, called a stake, and steers a snake around a live arena. You grow by collecting pellets, red ones and higher-value gold pickups, and by eliminating opponents and absorbing their balance, meaning the money they were carrying. It is a real-money version of Slither.io, the free browser game, rebuilt as a multiplayer battle royale where the best player in the arena takes the pot. Our page on Slither.io versus real-money slither games covers the difference.
On desktop the mouse steers and a held left button boosts. On mobile one finger steers and a second finger boosts. Boost burns pellets, so it lowers the amount the snake carries. Hitting another snake's body, head-on contact and the red arena boundary can end an attempt.
These are the provider's own figures for its whole rollout, not for MyStake alone:
- Live since January 2026
- 26,500+ players in 118 countries
- 10 live markets
- 300,000+ sessions
- About 40 minutes of average daily play
- An average session of 2.2 minutes
The three ways to play
Three formats are on offer.
- Cash Arena is the live elimination format. You enter at a stake, eliminate rivals, and try to meet the cash-out rule described below.
- Competitive Leagues is the tournament format. Players pay a fixed registration fee and compete across several sessions within a set timeframe. Points build up on a live leaderboard and top performers split the prize pool. Daily, weekly and seasonal formats are listed.
- Golden Ball is a jackpot fed by a share of every bet. It drops into the centre of the arena. Grab it and survive to cash out and it is yours. Get eliminated and you drop it for the next player. Prizes are cash or real-world assets, and the threshold is set by each operator.
Cash Arena stakes are shown below, each in the currency its source prints. Operators can also set a custom tier, so a table at a casino may not match the provider's list.
| Tier | Provider tiers | MyStake tables |
|---|---|---|
| Micro | $0.20, $0.50, $1.00 | from 20p |
| Standard | $2, $5, $10, $15, $20, $30 | £2 to £30 |
| High Roller | $50, $75, $100 | up to £100 |
How the cash-out works
A cash-out is leaving the round with the money your snake carries. In Cash Arena it is not open at any moment. It is a sequence.
Reach 50 times your entry (the provider's page words this as entry length, the saved demo as entry fee).
Survive the countdown of 30 seconds that follows.
Cross the boundary. It turns green for 15 seconds so a player can leave. A casino's own setting may differ.
Steps 1 and 2 are the provider's rule. The exit window in step 3 and the casino certificate further down come from viperroyale.io, an independent guide that is not run by the provider, Legendia or any casino, so they are second-hand. Our team tests the games and checks every fact on this page, and marks what comes from a second-hand source.
Our own arithmetic from the rule as printed, reading the multiple as applied to the entry fee: with a $2 entry, 50 × $2 gives a displayed target of $100. That figure is not a payout, not a profit and not a prediction of what any round returns.

What Viper Royale keeps
A rake is the cut a game keeps before anyone is paid. The flat rake is 10% on entries and pots, booked whether a player wins or loses. The effective take, meaning what the game keeps once carried balances are counted, reaches up to 35% on a hot table. Players carry the balances they absorb from kills, so each elimination compounds the take.
A $10 entry at 10% comes to $1: our own arithmetic from the rule as printed.
These figures are written for casino operators, who keep 90% of the rake while the provider takes 10%. Operators can set their own rake percentage, so a casino's rate may differ. No percentage is printed for MyStake's own rake. For other games, see Real-money slither game fees compared.
Who is behind Viper Royale
The game is credited to Legendia Labs. Legendia Games is the holding company behind the group, with four portfolio brands. Viper Royale is its flagship, listed as an operator and a game provider, and the group is described as self-funded. The other brands are Luxeya, a sweepstakes platform, a lottery on Solana still in development, and Legendia Slots, a slots studio with first titles coming soon.
No licence number, regulator, address or registration number is printed for the game or the provider. The group's only licensing wording is that its operations are structured for licensed markets. The provider's contact points are a partnerships email and a Telegram account, with no player support contact.
Skill, chance and what the provider claims
Two terms first. An RNG is a random number generator, the software that decides a slot spin. An RTP is a return-to-player percentage, the share of stakes a game pays back over time.
The provider claims outcomes are decided by player ability and not chance: no RNG, no RTP, "provably fair by design", and no house edge baked into the maths. Next to that sits the casino's own description: no fixed RTP, an outcome decided by how well the players in the arena play, and a Golden Ball that drops into the middle of the map at random.
The pages we read show no independent test certificate, fairness test or measured return for the game. For the wider picture, see Are real-money slither games legit and legal?.
Where Viper Royale is offered
At MyStake the game sits in the Originals section of the lobby. Its launch announcement is dated 11 September 2026. An announcement is not a lobby listing or a launched session, and only the announcement is documented.
The casino's licence details conflict. MyStake's own footer: Santeda International B.V., a Curaçao company with commercial register number 151296, licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, with Santeda International Limited of Limassol, Cyprus as payment agent. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate: the same domain under GTW B.V., company number 165433, licence OGL/2024/250/0115, granted 1 July 2024 and active when checked on 8 October 2026. On 8 October 2026 Trustpilot also hid MyStake's overall rating after a guidelines breach. Neither licence covers the game itself.
The only form on the provider's site is for operators. The casino supplies the lobby placement and wallet connection, and the provider runs the game servers, scaling, updates, anti-fraud and reporting. The only eligibility rule printed is 18+; see responsible gambling and real-money games. The full table is on Where can you play Viper Royale?
